Experiencing trouble accessing your Fast Savings FOE membership account?

If you are having trouble with your account, please read through our entire FAQ as many issues may be resolved quickly with the information provided. If you are not able to find a solution to your issue, you can contact our Support Staff at: info@fastsavingsfoe.com

How do I cancel my Membership?

If you need to make changes to your account, such as canceling your Digital Access Membership, please contact us directly at: info@fastsavingsfoe.com. Be sure to include your name, email address associated with your Fast Savings FOE Membership account and use the subject line: Cancel My Membership. Note: There are no refunds and all sales are final.

As stated in our Fast Savings FOE® Digital Membership Terms of Use, canceled Digital Memberships will remain active and usable until the billing date mentioned within your account. Once the cancellation is complete, a confirmation will be sent to your email.

What happens if my coupon doesn’t print? (Printing coupon feature available winter 2023.)

On certain deals, you may encounter an issue where clicking on the Print icon does not initiate the printing of the coupon. Here are steps that will enable you to print a deal every time:

Click on the deal you're interested in.

With the complete deal details displayed on your screen, click on the Print icon located to the right of the deal.
You will be reminded that the deal is only valid for 14 days and you must select the orange Print Coupon button to proceed.
Wait for your printer dialog box to appear after the pre-print dialog box shows up, and then finalize the printing of the coupon.
Once the coupon has printed, click on YES.
Please keep in mind that your printed coupon is valid for 14 days from the print date.

What if the digital discount was denied by the vendor?

In rare instances (for example, a business closure, a merchant choosing to withdraw from the program, or a sudden change in the merchant's establishment), a merchant may decline to honor your discount. If the merchant is listed on Fast Savings FOE Digital Access and failed to honor your discount, we encourage you to contact our Member Services team to alert them.

Please send us an email with the following information:

Name of the merchant

Address of the merchant (street, city, state/province)

Deal you tried to use

Date you tried to use it

Name of the person you spoke to (if you remember)

Reason why the deal was declined

Choose the subject line: Merchant did not honor/recognize coupon/card

Please understand that issues like this are not common. Fast Savings FOE takes such complaints seriously. The Rules of Use specify that Fast Savings FOE will not be liable if an establishment refuses to honor a coupon, but we will make every effort to secure compliance. Fast Savings FOE will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, you will NOT receive a follow-up message regarding the status of the merchant not honoring the discount.

We suggest that you call a merchant before visiting to ensure they are honoring the discount.

Can a code be used on multiple devices?

Access codes are single-use only; however, once your membership is activated, you can access it from any device by logging into your account on the member.fastsavingsfoe.com website. You can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time (although we limit active sessions to a maximum of four devices at once).

Digital Memberships are directly linked to email addresses. If you want to share a Membership, it would require sharing your email and password with those you wish to have access to your discounts. The available deals would be accessible for use by each individual.

When will my discount code expire?

All Fast Savings FOE coupons printed from the members' account are valid for 14 days from when they are printed. Mobile offers are valid for 10 minutes from the time you select "Use Now" to redeem the offer. Travel discounts and online offers may have a longer validity period. Many discounts are "one-time use only" meaning you can use that discount one time per membership year. Repeat savings and several other discounts can be used multiple times. Please check the specific terms of each offer for details.

How do I print my offer? (Printing feature and saved offers feature available winter 2023.)

To start, log into your Fast Savings FOE account.

If you need to alter your location, click "Change" next to Current Location at the top of the offer list. If it's already set to your preferred location, you can proceed to the next step. Your new location will show at the top of the page along with a list of available offers.

To filter offers and only show those that are printable, head to the "Redemption Type" box on the left side of the screen and select "Print".

If both Print and Mobile are chosen to display, scan through the full list of offers from the merchant to locate those that are printable. They'll have a printer icon, whereas mobile offers will have a phone icon. Once you've found an offer you'd like to print, click on the printer icon next to it.

Click "Print Coupon" to initiate the printing process. If you decide not to go ahead, use the 'x" in the upper corner to close the window.

Next, a separate window will open, displaying the voucher. Click the PRINT button in the middle of the screen. Your computer's printer dialog box will then pop up. Wait for the dialog box and click OK or Print (depending on your device).

Verify that your coupon has printed, then click "Yes" when the coupon has been successfully printed. Use the "Open and print the coupon now" link if you need to make a second attempt at printing.

The expiration date for your offer will be displayed on the coupon, reminding you of its validity period.

How do I search for specific orders?

To search for an offer using the merchant name or keyword, tap on the field on the left side of the Categories bar. Once you've entered the search term and tapped the hour glass search icon (to the right), the results that match will be displayed.

You can also search for offers by tapping the magnifying glass, change your location by tapping the location icon, or access the app menu by clicking the hamburger icon (icon with 3 lines). To browse offers by category, select the category name located in the blue bar at the top of the screen. After selecting a category, you can refine your results by choosing a subcategory. (Subcategories feature to be added winter 2023.) Next, select the subcategory you wish to explore. Tap the down arrow located in the middle of the page next to your chosen subcategory. Here, you can view all options available within this subcategory.

How do I look at the coupons I’ve used? (My account profile saving feature to be added winter 2023.)

Log into your account.

Click "My Account" located at the top right corner of the screen.

Scroll down to the "My Print History" section. The offers you have redeemed will be listed.

You can keep track of all your savings to date.

What if I don’t use my printed coupon within two weeks?

We strive to clearly indicate the expiration date both on our website and on the physical coupon. It's unfortunate that you couldn't utilize your coupon before its expiration, but remember, there are many other fantastic discounts available for your benefit!

What if I forget my password?

To reset your password, you will need to go to member.fastsavingsfoe.com. In the top right hand corner click “Log In”. Next, click the button that says “Log in with Email”. Click the link at the bottom of the popup modal that says, “Forgot password?” Then follow the instructions to reset a new password for your account. Be sure and check your SPAM folder if you don’t see an email within 10 minutes.

What if my coupon doesn’t print?

Here are a few potential solutions if you're experiencing issues with printing an offer:

Ensure that you're logged into your active Fast Savings FOE membership. You must be signed in to your account and have an active membership to print or redeem any offers from fastsavingsfoe.com.
Disable any pop-up blocker that might be running on your browser. Our printing technology relies on a pop-up window, and a pop-up blocker may prevent you from printing correctly.
Check that your printer is powered on, connected to your computer, and plugged into a power outlet.
Confirm that your printer is online and ready to print. You can do this by attempting to print from another application like Microsoft Word.
Make sure your printer has paper and isn't experiencing any issues, such as paper jams or low ink levels.
If you're still experiencing problems, consider using another computer, perhaps a friend's, a family member's, or even one at your local library. Simply go to fastsavingsfoe.com, log in, and proceed as usual.

If you need further help, feel free to email us with the name of the merchant, location, and offer details (e.g., 25% off menu item). Our Member Services team will respond within the next 3 to 4 business days.

How do I redeem online offers?

Redeeming online discounts from Fast Savings FOE can be done by clicking through to the online merchant's website from the detailed discount page on fastsavingsfoe.com. We provide our participating merchants and partners the chance to showcase their offers through advertising space on the members' website and mobile app. On member.fastsavingsfoe.com, banner advertisements and smaller ads (located below the filter window) serve as click-through links. If you double-click on the ad or follow the steps to redeem the mobile offer, the merchant's website will open in a new browser window, recognizing Fast Savings FOE members and providing exclusive savings opportunities.

The offer you're looking for is accessible through a click-through offer located in an advertisement or in the Online Offers section on the website.Please be aware that some retailers may require you to enter a promotional code to receive your discount. This code will be provided on the same page that displays the discount details.

How do I save offers on the website to use later? (This feature is set to launch winter 2023)

On the Fast Savings FOE website, you have the capability to save up to 20 offers for future use.

To save a merchant offer for easy access at a later time, follow these steps:

Search and locate an offer you want to save. Then, click on the Save icon within the offer details.
Once the offer is saved, you will see the total number of saved offers appear in the header of the webpage (located in the upper right-hand corner of the page).

To retrieve your Saved offers, you have two options:

A) Click on the Saved Offers icon in the webpage header to reveal your offers. Click on the blue heading to display the Saved offer details and print the offer. If you wish to remove a Saved offer, simply click on the "remove from saved offers" link.

B) From the My Account page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to display My Favorites. Select View to access the offers for printing or click on the "X" to remove an offer from your Favorites or Saved Offers.

NOTE: Please be aware that offers saved on the Mobile App or the webpage do not sync with each other. If you want the offer saved on both platforms, you will need to save the offer separately in each place.

What if the merchant has gone out of business?

We're sorry for any trouble you encountered due to your visit to this merchant. If the merchant is listed on Fast Savings FOE' Digital Access and they are no longer in operation, we ask that you inform our Member Services team. Please remember to include the name and location of the merchant. To get in touch with a member representative, contact us at info@fastsavingsfoe.com with a detailed message.

How do I change my password?

To reset your password, you will need to go to member.fastsavingsfoe.com. In the top right hand corner click “Log In”. Next, click the button that says “Log in with Email”. Click the link at the bottom of the popup modal that says, “Forgot password?” Then follow the instructions to reset a new password for your account. Be sure and check your SPAM folder if you don’t see an email within 10 minutes.

Can I redeem a mobile offer more than once?

Several offers on Fast Savings FOE are premium and can only be used once, such as the Buy-One-Get-One offers and 50% Off deals. Therefore, ensure you redeem them only when you are prepared to use them.

Certain offers, such as some 10% and 20% Off discounts, can be redeemed multiple times. Bear in mind that if you possess multiple of the same memberships, you may have numerous redemptions available for each offer. Please note that all offers, even for those with a monthly membership, are based on an annual cycle and do not reset until January 1st of each calendar year.

How do I change my email address? (Member Profile portal editing to be made available winter 2023.)

To change the email on your account, please send an email to info@fastsavingsfoe.com with the subject line: Change Account Email. Please include the email used in creating your FSFOE account.

How do I change my location to see offers near me?

To change your location in Fast Savings FOE search, follow these steps:

Log into your Fast Savings FOE account.
Click on the Members tab.
Enter the City, State, or Postal Code for your new location.
Click on the hour glass search button.

Tip: You can allow your web browser to automatically detect and input your current location. Accept the prompt from your browser, wait a moment, and the City, State, and Postal code fields will be filled in automatically.

How can I tell if the merchant has more than one offer?

You can view all offers from a specific merchant on the "Merchant" page in Fast Savings FOE. This page can be accessed by selecting any offer. This will bring up the Merchant’s page with all currently available offers. If you are currently viewing a specific offer, you will be directed to the "Merchant" page automatically. This button is located at the top of the screen, beneath the merchant's name.

Is there a phone number for Member Services?

How do I unsubscribe from Fast Savings FOE Newsletters and Promotions? (Member Portal and Account profile editing feature available winter 2023.)

To unsubscribe from email newsletters and promotional messages from Fast Savings FOE, please visit the Member Portal in your account profile. Allow up to 5 days for our records to be updated accordingly. If you are a current Fast Savings FOE member, please note that even if you choose not to receive emails, you still remain a member and can access our services by visiting the Member Website directly. Please note that unsubscribing will not halt communications directly related to your subscription, such as reminders about the Annual Renewal Membership Program, billing confirmations, or expiration notices.

How do I narrow my coupons searches to those near me?

As a member of Fast Savings FOE, we periodically send you emails with exclusive offers and discounts that are available for redemption near your current location. These emails aim to highlight local businesses and savings opportunities you might otherwise miss. Every time you open the email, we update the deals based on the IP address (location) of the device you use to view the message. So keep checking back for the latest deals near you. If you haven't done so already, create an account at fastsavingsfoe.com to access the best deals near you. Click on the offers to print, show on your phone, or save for future use.

Why are there offers appearing in areas that aren’t near me?

Offers are shown based on the IP address at the time the email is opened. All provided offers should be within a set local radius of your signaled location. If you're not seeing local offers, you can log into your account via the Member's website.

If you are connected to the internet through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), offers will display based on the location of that network. You can log into the https://member.fastsavingsfoe.com to view offers near your actual location.

Why did the offers shown change when I opened the email again?

The offers are dynamic and can change based on changes in your location at the time of opening the email.

How can I see previous offers?

For the best results, use the search functions on the Member's website. You can search by merchant name, category, or distance.

Why aren't the locations of my offers in order?

The offers are often grouped by categories and then sorted by distance within each category. This may result in the distances of offers seeming to be out of order. To see offers by distance, please check your account on the member.fastsavingsfoe.com site.

How can I improve the accuracy of my location?

When viewing offers on a mobile device, connect to WiFi for improved location accuracy.

What credit cards are accepted?

Fast Savings FOE accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for payment of online transactions.

Debit Cards (also known as ATM cards) are accepted if they are associated with one of the above companies. We do not recommend that a debit card be used to enroll in an automatically renewing membership, and Fast Savings FOE is not responsible for any overdraft fees or charges resulting from use of a debit card for automatically renewing membership. Pre-Paid Credit Cards may be utilized for individual payments (if funds are available in the account); however, an automatically renewing membership should not be established with a Pre-Paid Credit Card due to the potential that the card does not have a balance when a scheduled renewal date arrives. Gift Cards are not accepted. Cash, Check, Money Order and PayPal payments are also not accepted. All transactions are in United States funds (USD).

Credit Card Safety

Credit card information is safe when you use the Fast Savings FOE Member website to place an order or subscription related activities. We process customer orders and collect and store personally identifiable information using Stripe encryption technology which is the largest and most reputable checkout system in the world. Stripe encrypts the information you input before it is sent to us via the internet.

In addition, all of the customer information we collect on the website is secured on our cloud servers against unauthorized access.

Membership Pricing

During the life cycle of a Fast Savings FOE Membership, we may run different promotional offers. It is Fast Savings FOE's policy that all purchases of the Fast Savings FOE Membership are considered final. It is our policy not to refund the difference between the price paid at the time of an order and a lower price that was offered on a different date at fastsavingsfoe.com. New offers are not valid on prior purchases and offers may not be combined. All purchases, regardless of promotion are to be paid in USD.
